Locked out of Zapi Programmer after firmware update

Just updated my Zapi programmer, and now it's asking for a password I don't remember making. Anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how to get it reset?

Yeah, had the same headache once. Zapi's pretty strict...you usually gotta contact the dealer or manufacturer to reset it, and sometimes a firmware rollback works, but that's risky if you're not careful
