DUMA D-EP16K error 33

We're working with a DUMA Elektro Forklift D-EP16K and we're just having normal operations at the warehouse. We were mostly moving pallets when suddenly it sputtered a bit. The display started flashing Error 33 and now it's completely dead! We've got the 3WBT-F/L CONTROLLER v7.1 in there, and for the life of us, we can't find our copy of the manual to figure out what this error code actually means or how to even begin troubleshooting. Does anyone have a manual for this controller or any experience with Error 33 on DUMA electric forklifts? I'm also trying to understand what could've caused this issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I think that means there's a controller or wiring problem, which is probably why it went completely dead. Without the manual , start by checking all wiring and fuses for any obvious issues.

It's ridiculous how little support or documentation there is for something as critical as a forklift controller. Error 33 shuts the whole thing down, and there's no clear path to fix it without a manual? These systems should come with built-in diagnostics that make sense, not leave operators guessing during daily warehouse work.
