Main circuit broken!

We ran into a big problem with our forklift! It has an Allison Transmission CLBT6062-6 gearbox and the main circuit just broke, likely due to a short from some unexpected water exposure, and now we're trying to figure out if there's a way to get it working manually. If anyone out there has knowledge about the coils in this gearbox and its wiring, we'd really appreciate some help. The chassis plug has 16 pins if that's useful information!

bro, Manual operation of an electronic Allison like the CLBT6062-6 is generally not really safe. These transmissions rely heavily on the TCM and solenoids for shifting, they aren't designed for manual hydraulic overrides in the same way older, purely hydraulic transmissions might be

If you're set on a manual workaround, first check wiring diagrams to identify coil power and ground pins, sometimes you can apply power directly to a solenoid to shift gears manually, but it's not straightforward and might damage the system if done wrong

You can't fully run that Allison manually, shifting relies on the solenoid coils. But with the wiring diagram, you can power specific coils to select gears. Best bet: get the service manual for pinout and coil specs.
